Q. What costs are involved in putting up a website?
A. A website has 2 seperate costs involved. hosting and development. Hosting is the rent you pay to park your site on the internet server and development is the cost to design and maintain the website.
Q. Do I have to buy a package of services that I dont need or even understand?
A. We can customize our services to meet your needs exactly, no more paying for services you don't need or be tied to a long term commitment. We work hard to make sure you understand the process as well as what is required to be successful with your website.
Q. Can I use your company just for hosting or do I have to pay you for maintenance?
A. Once your website is registered and hosted, you have the choice of continuing to use us to maintain it or hire an outside person to do it for you. If you decide to strike out on your own, always know that we are here to help if you need us.
Q. What if I want to learn to do manage my site myself?
A. We can train you to do it yourself if that is your wish. We are certified technology and skills trainers with a bachelors degree in technical education. We make the technical understandable but training is not included in the cost of a site unless stipulated in our agreement. .
Q. What makes your hosting different that other providers?

Q. How long does it take to get a site ready?
A. Time from start to finish depends entirely on how much effort you put into the development process and if different for a flat site over a database driven site. Flat sites take as little as 4 weeks with customizations adding up to 6-8 weeks. Database driven sites take 8-10 weeks with customizations adding up to an additional 4 weeks depending on your input.
Q. What is the difference between a Flat and a Database driven site?
A. A Flat site is a site where the pages seldom change, a Database driven site has changeable content and can be used to provide information that changes often such as a news and information portal or store front for e-commerce.
Q. What is e-commerce?
A. Buying and Selling products and services via the internet with financial transactions conducted using a credit card or bank account is considered e-commerce. You do not meet the buyer or seller using e-commerce as all financial transactions happen electronically.
