Landon has been working with computers and electronic technology for over 15 years. A University of Akron Graduate with a Bachelors in Technical Education, and Associates in Computer and Networking Technology. He has been involved in providing support to people with disabilities, with products that allow them to use computers despite their physical limitations. Also an electronics technician, Landon is very skilled with a soldering iron, and component level board work.

Landon has earned his Microsoft Certified Professional Certificate, is Comp TIA A+ Certififed, Technology and Skills Training for Business Certified and holds his PC Repair certification. With a strong education in computer science, networking technologies and an electronics background. Landon is also an accomplished writer, desktop publisher and web designer.

Ryan has spent virtually all of his life studying computers. Ryan holds the following certifications: Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Microsoft Certified Professional, Red Hat Certified Technician, and Comp TIA Security+. Ryan has spent over 6 years as an enterprise level network administrator for one of the largest counties in Ohio, charged with protecting sensitive financial data. Ryan has also spent time working as a tech support manager, for a mail order computer firm. During the late 90's, Ryan provided tech support for large communities of users, as well as individuals. Ryan has also run a popular local sports, and informational site, ThaleusNet.
